We packed up the family and headed to Boisetown yesterday to check out Falls Brook Falls. Apparently these are the largest waterfalls in NB. It is on private land so we had to pay the nicest couple $10 to get in. It was a steep hike down and a bit of a narrow walk along the edge of a small cliff which had me nervous with the kids. I forgot a carrier for Briana so was just holding her. The falls were gorgeous. We hung out for a bit at the Miramichi River and found a frog to play with. On our way home we stopped at a take out stand for some ice cream. It was a great day.

The Bears
I can't believe that this is Noah's 4th season. He is really into soccer so far this year. I think he is feeling a bit competitive because Kya got a gaol the night before. He knows a few kids on his team, His best buddy William and two others from his class. Kya will be playing soccer on Monday nights and Noah plays on Tuesday nights. Fun times.

THE FLOUNDERS
Soccer season is upon us once again. This is Kya's first year playing and she did great. I think it helps that she has some friends on her team and Uncle Pete is the coach.

Maliseet Trail
Ever since we have moved back to NB 3 years ago, we've wanted to hike the Maliseet Trail near Woodstock. Apparently there is a short window to see the waterfalls. Ideally you want to go in the spring when everything is melting. We went last weekend and were not expecting much. This is what we were greated with. It was an easy hike - the whole family did it without any complaints. It took about 40 minutes to reach the falls and half that time to get back to the van. We will definately make this an annual event!
